    Brief

This contract involves the procurement of office and IT equipment, excluding furniture and software packages, specifically for fintech laboratory tools. The winning supplier will be responsible for delivering the products and fulfilling various support tasks, which may need to be performed either on-site at the operational building of the installed equipment or online. The supplier is obligated to deliver and hand over the contract's indirect subjects to the designated location, as well as to fully comply with the other obligations outlined in the technical specifications. Installation includes delivering the equipment to the location specified by the buyer, setting it up at the usage site, and installing it (which may include, but is not limited to, BIOS updates, operating system installation, security and driver updates, and integration into the network environment). The supplier is also responsible for providing any additional materials necessary for proper installation. The supplier must prepare an installation report for each piece of equipment. A standard on-site warranty of 12 months is expected, except for products where a different time frame is specified in the technical description. The list of products to be procured and the details of the tasks to be performed are included in the Technical Description (RRF21221202200020_GDE_Fintech_laboreszkozok_arazotabla).
