Procurement of Fintech Laboratory Equipment

This contract involves the procurement of office and computer equipment, excluding furniture and software packages, for the Gábor Dénes University. The winning supplier will be responsible for delivering the products and providing training at the university's central location. Additional support tasks may be conducted either on-site or online, depending on their nature. The supplier must ensure the delivery and handover of the contract's indirect subjects to the designated location, as well as fulfill all obligations outlined in the technical specifications. Installation includes delivering the equipment to the specified site, setting it up, and configuring it, which may involve BIOS updates, operating system installation, security and driver updates, and network integration. The supplier is also responsible for providing any necessary materials for proper installation. A commissioning report must be prepared for each piece of equipment.
