Construction of Interior Doors for School Expansion

The project involves the construction of a three-story extension to the Leopold-Sonnemann-Realschule in Höchberg, which will include ten classrooms and office spaces. The new building will cover approximately 520 square meters and will be located in the southern area of the school property, adjacent to the existing playground and above the school garden. It will be built using solid construction methods, featuring a largely concrete basement and brick upper floors. The facade will consist of brickwork in the basement and a ventilated facade made of fiber cement panels in the upper floors. The roof will be a green roof equipped with ventilation technology and a photovoltaic system. Interior finishes will include plastered walls, exposed concrete in certain areas, wooden ceilings with acoustic properties, and flooring made of linoleum and natural stone. Windows and doors will be designed as wood-aluminum elements with sun protection glazing and external blinds. The interior construction will include various door systems, specifically 15 wooden doors with block frames and 4 glass doors with wooden frames, ranging in size from approximately 6.2 to 19.4 square meters. Additionally, 25 wooden door leaves with steel frames will be installed, along with 10 overhead door closers. All work must comply with technical specifications and requirements for functionality, durability, sound insulation, and aesthetic integration into the overall building.
