Air Conditioning Supply and Installation in Bulgaria

This public procurement contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning units for residential use. Suppliers will be required to provide on-site training for end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of the units. Additionally, all documentation related to the installed air conditioning units must be handed over to the end-users. The contract includes warranty service for the air conditioning units for a minimum period of 24 months. The estimated quantity of air conditioning units to be supplied is as follows: 10 units of 9,000 BTU and 240 units of 12,000 BTU. These quantities are estimates and may change based on the buyer's needs. Specific quantities, including types, will be detailed in the purchase orders issued by the buyer. These orders will include names, addresses, and contact numbers of the individuals at the delivery locations, as well as the type and number of air conditioning units to be delivered to each address. The buyer reserves the right to assign the delivery of the quantity in a single order.
