Maintenance Services for Digital Television and Radio Installations in France

This contract is for maintenance services of digital terrestrial television (TNT) and radio (RNT) installations in both common and private areas of properties managed by the contracting authority, as detailed in the DPGF. The goal is to provide television and radio services to tenants, including an annual preventive visit and on-demand corrective interventions as needed. The contractor will have a local presence, a multidisciplinary technical team, and organizational tools for handling complaints, technical and administrative follow-up of interventions, performance indicator management, and communication tools for tenant and contracting authority information. The contractor will operate with significant autonomy and will have access to documents provided by the contracting authority. This is a mixed contract, including fixed-price services (as per DPGF) and services on order with a maximum limit (as per BPU).
