Planting and Maintenance Services for Green Areas in Rembertów District, Warsaw

This contract involves the landscaping and planting of shrubs in designated areas along Kadrowa and Traczy Streets in the Rembertów District of Warsaw. The work includes: 1. **Landscaping Tasks**: - Clear the area of debris, including rubble, tree stumps, and waste. - Remove dry and broken branches, as well as dead trees. - Bring in and spread 5 cubic meters of fertile soil, ensuring a 3-5 cm drop to the curb. - Till the soil to a depth of 25 cm, with manual work around existing trees. - Plant shrubs along the property boundary, ensuring proper soil preparation. - Level the area and sow wildflower seeds. - Water the newly planted areas thoroughly to a depth of 8-10 cm. 2. **Sports and Recreation Area**: - Create a living fence made of willow and construct small architectural features such as a willow tunnel and playhouse. - Define the fence area and build a willow fence 1.2 meters high and 160 meters long, with two gates. - Ensure proper planting and watering of new willow plants. 3. **Shrub Procurement and Planting**: - Purchase and plant 200 shrubs as specified by the contracting authority, ensuring quality standards are met. - Conduct inspections of the plant material before planting. - Guarantee replacement of any dead shrubs or areas of wildflower turf by the end of April 2026 if mortality exceeds 10%. 4. **Work Schedule**: - All planting and maintenance work must be conducted on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in the presence of an Environmental Protection Department employee. - The use of leaf blowers is prohibited in the Rembertów District for 2024, as per the Mayor's directive.
