Equipment and Services for Modernizing Archaeology Laboratory

The University of Dunărea de Jos is seeking suppliers for the procurement of equipment and services to modernize its Archaeology Laboratory as part of the project titled 'Digitalization for the Future of Education and Research.' This includes the acquisition of computer scanners and related services. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. All requests for clarifications must be submitted through the SEAP platform. The completion of the procurement procedure and the signing of the public procurement contract are contingent upon securing funding for the project. If funding is not obtained, the contracting authority will follow the provisions of the applicable public procurement law, and the contract cannot be finalized. Suppliers understand that the contracting authority and/or the Ministry of Education cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the procurement procedure.
