Romania – Desktop Computer for Digital Graphics Laboratory Modernization

This contract involves the procurement of equipment for the modernization of a digital graphics laboratory as part of the project "Digitalization for the Future of Education and Research at the University of Dunărea de Jos in Galați". Suppliers are invited to submit their offers according to the specifications outlined in the tender documents. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline. All requests for clarification must be submitted through the SEAP platform (https://www.e-licitatie.ro). The awarding procedure will be finalized with the signing of the public procurement contract, which is contingent upon securing funding for the project. The contract can only be signed if the financial regulations are adhered to, as per the relevant public finance legislation. If funding is not obtained, the contracting authority will follow the provisions of the law regarding public procurement, and the contract cannot be concluded. Bidders understand that the contracting authority and/or the Ministry of Education cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the awarding procedure. Bidders accept the special conditions and the suspensive clause, taking full responsibility for any potential damages they may incur.
