Air Compressors for Romania

This procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of 22 air compressors as specified in the Technical Specifications document no. 89217/12.08.2025. The purpose of this acquisition is to deliver compressors for compressed air installations needed in various locations including SH Ramnicu Valcea, SH Hateg, SH Cluj, SH Curtea de Arges, and SH Sebes. These compressors will replace existing worn-out units to enhance operational safety and maintain response times for the systems they serve across all operating conditions. The current compressors are physically and morally outdated, lack spare parts, consume excessive oil due to wear, produce high noise levels, and generate vibrations, compromising their operational safety. Therefore, new compressors that meet the parameters of reliable, automated, and quiet modern compressors are required. The delivery time is a maximum of 120 days from the contract signing. Offers with a 120-day delivery time will meet the specifications but will not receive points in the evaluation for delivery time. The contracting authority will not provide an advance payment. Payment for the delivered product/service will be made within 30 days of the electronic invoice being available for download in the Private Virtual Space, based on the reception report. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information as follows: 1. Deadline for clarification requests: 18 days before the offer submission deadline; 2. Deadline for consolidated responses: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information on the 11th day before the offer submission deadline. The contracting authority reserves the right not to respond to clarification requests regarding the award documentation submitted after the specified date, regardless of the subject of these clarifications.
