Construction Materials Supply Contract

This framework agreement will establish subsequent contracts for the supply of construction materials to various military units, divided into 11 lots. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 161, paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016. Suppliers have 20 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers, as per Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority is not obligated to respond to clarification requests received after the established deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
