Animal Feed Supply Framework Agreement

This public procurement opportunity involves the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for animal feed. The purpose of the DPS is to allow public procurers to flexibly place orders according to their actual needs, in compliance with public procurement law, at times and in quantities that are known to them. The DPS will be used for ordering supplies of animal feed that are commonly available on the market, with individual orders being placed continuously within the DPS. The DPS is established for a duration of 10 years (120 months) and is intended for the needs of the public procurer and its partner public procurers involved in this joint procurement process. Orders will be placed by the public procurer and its partner public procurers independently, each acting on their own behalf. The exact specifications for each order will be provided in the respective Call for Proposals issued for specific procurements. Orders will be announced regularly for a period of 12 months and additionally as needed by the public procurer.
