Graffiti Removal Services for the City of Bratislava

This contract involves the removal of graffiti from various surfaces, including walls, stone, grave sites, and monuments, as well as the application of anti-graffiti coatings. The work includes: 1. Removal of graffiti from porous materials (walls, masonry, plaster, stone) that have not been treated with anti-graffiti coatings, with a maximum area of 3200 m2 over 4 years. 2. Chemical removal of graffiti from untreated surfaces, with a maximum area of 800 m2 over 4 years. 3. Chemical removal of graffiti from surfaces treated with anti-graffiti coatings, with a maximum area of 800 m2 over 4 years. 4. Application of anti-graffiti coatings in 3 layers on smooth surfaces, with a maximum area of 800 m2 over 4 years. 5. Application of anti-graffiti coatings in at least 6 layers on structured and porous surfaces, with a maximum area of 3200 m2 over 4 years. 6. High-altitude work using climbing techniques or platforms up to 45 meters, with a maximum area of 800 m2 over 4 years. 7. Cleaning of facades and surfaces using water jets and removal of mold, moss, and dirt, with a maximum area of 1600 m2 over 4 years. 8. Painting of facades with high-quality paint systems, with a maximum area of 1600 m2 over 4 years. Specific requirements include the use of specialized sandblasting methods for untreated surfaces and careful removal of graffiti from treated surfaces without damaging the anti-graffiti coating. The anti-graffiti coating must be permanent and transparent, ensuring it does not alter the appearance of the underlying surface.
