Road Reconstruction Project in Chrząstawa Mała, Poland

This contract involves the optimization of project documentation provided by the contracting authority and the subsequent execution of construction works under a 'design and build' system. The construction work consists of the reconstruction of County Road No. 1930D, divided into two sections: the target section from Nadolice Wielkie, Borowa Street, to the ditch on plots No. 175 and 263, approximately 2068 meters long, and the transitional section from 2068m to 2100m, approximately 32 meters long. The work will be carried out in stages: 1) Stage I involves developing a complete optimization of the project documentation for the target and transitional sections. Additionally, maintaining the validity of certificate No. 343/2023 regarding the lack of objections to the reconstruction notification or obtaining all necessary legal certificates or decisions on behalf of the contracting authority if changes to the documentation or agreements require it. 2) Stage II includes the actual construction work based on the optimized project documentation developed by the contractor, along with author supervision. 3) Stage III involves obtaining a usage permit or a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction completion (if required). The scope of work includes the construction of stormwater drainage, replacement of the road structure and surface, widening the road to 5.50 - 6.00 meters, building a sidewalk 1.50 - 3.00 meters wide (depending on terrain conditions), reconstruction of existing infrastructure, removal of trees obstructing the investment, and implementing temporary and permanent traffic organization. The transitional section will involve designing and constructing stormwater drainage to the ditch and applying an asphalt overlay adjusted to the existing ground level. A detailed description of the contract, including all requirements for the contractor, obligations for remuneration, and other details, is included in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), the draft contract, project documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, environmental studies, soil condition documentation, technical conditions, and agreements, which are annexes to the SWZ (integral part of the SWZ).
