Construction of a Special School in Krzyżowice

This contract involves the construction of a new building for the Special School named after St. Father Zygmunt Gorazdowski in Krzyżowice, located in the Kobierzyce municipality on Ogrodowa Street. The project includes a special education facility with a gymnasium, rehabilitation rooms, and infrastructure for sports activities, such as a multifunctional sports field, running track with a jump pit, and an outdoor gym. The school will cater to children and youth with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, providing primary special education and a special general secondary school. The project also includes necessary technical infrastructure, such as water supply, sewage systems, and electrical installations, as well as the relocation of utility networks and a transformer station. Additionally, the project requires archaeological supervision and adherence to conservation decisions. The design incorporates modern technologies for smart, low-emission, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly buildings. The site development will feature parking spaces, including for buses, a full-size sports field, a playground, and a sensory garden.
