Painting Services for FN Plzeň

This public procurement contract is for the execution of painting and related work for the client according to their needs. The types and scope of painting and finishing work can be found in Appendix 2 - Itemized Price List of Painting and Finishing Work. The volume of painting work is unevenly distributed across the months, with the largest volume occurring during the summer months (June - September) when healthcare facilities are fully closed. During this time, painting is carried out simultaneously in 8-bed departments at FN Bory and FN Lochotín. Healthcare departments will also be painted while in operation, so the contractor must adapt to the release of spaces and follow the instructions of the client's supervisor. The characteristics of the public procurement include the following painting and related tasks: - Moving and relocating furniture; - Covering surfaces (floors, windows, doors, furniture), including the supply of covering materials (covering furniture and floors with film and textile painter's film, taping windows and doors with film); - Scraping old paint (removing unnecessary plugs, hooks from walls, scraping off loose parts of old paint, and possibly removing wallpaper and enamel coating); - Staining (for example, isolating stains or spots on walls that cannot be repainted normally, such as blood, disinfectants, mold, etc.); - Painter's putty; - Plastering the substrate, filling holes, cracks, and unevenness (performing minor surface repairs, acrylic sealing of joints and corners, small repairs of stucco or fine plastering, or refined plasters); - Washing and rinsing; - Painting (at least 2 coats); - Rough cleaning (removing cardboard and film, restoring spaces to their original condition); - Transport, removal, and disposal of waste materials (clearing away generated waste). Painting must not be done by spraying!
