IT Services for Self-Service and Room Management Solutions

This contract is for the procurement of self-service, information display, and room management solutions as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The services must comply with the requirements specified in the attached documents. The solution will integrate with Active Directory and other specified applications. The overall solution aims to enhance the efficiency of professionals' time management and streamline customer interactions within the welfare area. The solution must include leasing equipment for self-check-in and queue number devices, as well as information and entrance displays. The SaaS application must be compatible with the hardware of the solution. It will be used by welfare area professionals to manage patient flow, device and application background information, content for information displays, and room management. A comprehensive integration with the HL interface to the Apotti APTJ system will be implemented. The procurement seeks one (1) responsible supplier. The SaaS service is based on an existing product-based solution and must be operational within six (6) months of contract signing, including the required integrations as defined in the approved project plan. The client should generally be able to upload materials to the application independently. The solution can be developed through change management, with the client's separate decision to acquire new functionalities, components, and integrations. Additionally, new functions can be added through change management at the client's discretion, utilizing the client's non-committed hours. The delivery includes a four (4) month pilot phase.
