Self-Service and Room Management Solutions for Health and Welfare Area

This procurement opportunity seeks a comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for self-service, information display, and room management tailored for the Vantaa and Kerava health and welfare area. The service must integrate with Active Directory and other specified applications. The solution aims to enhance the efficiency of professionals' time management and streamline customer interactions within the welfare area. The required hardware includes self-check-in kiosks, queue number devices, and information and entrance displays. The SaaS application must be compatible with the hardware and will be used by welfare area professionals to manage patient flow, device and application background information, content for information displays, and room management. A significant integration with the HL interface to the welfare area's Apotti APTJ system is required, and the SaaS service must be based on an existing product solution. The procurement seeks one (1) responsible supplier. The service must be operational within six (6) months of contract signing and include the necessary integrations. The buyer should generally be able to upload materials to the solution's application independently. The solution must support both social and healthcare registrations, walk-in queues, and reporting. The solution can be developed through change management, with the buyer's separate decision to acquire new functionalities, components, and integrations. Additionally, new functions can be added through change management based on the buyer's decision, utilizing the buyer's non-committal hours. The delivery includes a four (4) month pilot phase.
