Construction Project: Design and Execution of Works for the Project "Increasing the Capacity of the Tczew – Gdynia Route: Section Pszczółki – Pruszcz Gdański"

This contract involves the design and execution of construction works for the project "Increasing the Capacity of the Tczew – Gdynia Route: Section Pszczółki – Pruszcz Gdański". The scope of the contract includes the following key elements: 1) Preparation of project documentation, including: a) construction design with supervision, b) obtaining building permits and other necessary administrative decisions, c) development of the execution project, d) preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic as-built documentation. 2) Execution of works in the following areas: a) surface and subgrade, b) railway traffic control devices, c) telecommunications devices and systems, d) traction network with power supply, e) electrical engineering devices and systems up to 1 kV, f) engineering structures, g) platforms and building structures, h) geology. 3) Construction of facilities for environmental protection. 4) Conducting compliance assessment of structural subsystems at all stages (design, construction, and final subsystem testing) and providing relevant EU verification declarations and certificates for the subsystems. Suppliers must submit a Uniform Document with their offer to demonstrate their eligibility to participate in the procurement process. If applying as a consortium, each member must submit the document. The document serves as a temporary proof of eligibility and compliance with participation conditions. Additional documentation may be required for subcontractors and resource providers.
