Pharmaceutical Products Supply for Hospital Departments

This contract involves the supply of pharmaceutical products for the needs of the Hospital Departments of the Międzyleski Specialist Hospital in Warsaw. The procurement is divided into 26 task groups, with quantities and assortments detailed in the Price Forms, which are integral parts of this procurement documentation. Suppliers can submit offers for all or selected tasks, but partial offers within individual tasks are not allowed. Variant offers are also not permitted. Each supplier may submit only one offer; submitting more than one offer or an offer with alternatives will result in the rejection of all offers from that supplier. The products offered must comply with the description of the procurement and meet the conditions for circulation in healthcare facilities according to applicable laws. Failure to meet any of the required parameters may lead to the rejection of the offer. The contract will be executed over a period of 12 months from the date of signing a valid agreement with the selected supplier. Offers will be evaluated based on the criteria described in Chapter XV of this procurement documentation. The delivery time to the buyer's hospital pharmacy warehouse must not exceed 1 day. The proposed contract provisions are included as Annex 1 to this procurement documentation and are an integral part of it. The terms outlined in this documentation should be treated as the conditions for awarding the contract.
