Supply of Meat and Dairy Products for Social Care Facilities in Szczecin

This contract involves the regular supply of the following goods from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026: 1. Meat products (refer to Appendix 1A of the procurement documents). 2. Processed meat products (refer to Appendix 1B of the procurement documents). 3. Milk and dairy products (refer to Appendix 1C of the procurement documents). Deliveries will be made to the following locations: a) Dom Pomocy Społecznej Dom Kombatanta i Pioniera Ziemi Szczecińskiej, ul. Romera 21-29, 71-246 Szczecin; b) Dzienny Dom Pomocy Społecznej, ul. Potulicka 40, 70-234 Szczecin. Details regarding the quantity, delivery schedule, and specific requirements for the supplies are outlined in Appendix 3A of the contract (which is part of Appendix 3 of the procurement documents).
