    Brief

    This contract involves the sale of electricity to the facilities of the Waste Management Company in Bielsko-Biała for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. It includes the repurchase of electricity produced and fed into the grid, in accordance with the Energy Law and relevant regulations. The estimated electricity demand for this period is as follows: 1) Tariff B23 – 3,512,549 kWh; 2) Tariff C12a (PSZOK 2) – 5,152 kWh; 3) Tariff C22a (PSZOK 3) – 9,919 kWh. Suppliers must ensure a successful change of seller procedure if necessary. The contractor must provide a statement confirming an active agreement with the local Distribution System Operator, TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., allowing for the sale of electricity through their distribution network to the specified facilities. The estimated electricity consumption is approximate and may change during the contract period. The contract also requires the contractor to be responsible for commercial balancing, with costs not exceeding 10 PLN per 1 MWh for the generated energy.
