Waste Recycling Services in Poland

This contract involves the collection and management of construction waste classified under code 17 09 04, which includes mixed waste from construction, renovation, and demolition activities. The waste will be sourced from selective collection points and businesses or individuals. The contractor will be responsible for collecting the waste in bulk from an open area at the client's facility. The client will load the waste into containers provided by the contractor, with a capacity of 36 m3, or onto specialized vehicles designed to handle heavy materials. The contractor's transport must be equipped with tarps or nets to secure the waste during transport. The waste management process must comply with current legal regulations and recycling processes outlined in the Waste Act. The contractor is required to sort the waste into specific materials such as wood, metals, glass, plastics, gypsum, and mineral waste to facilitate reuse or recycling. The contractor must provide details of the processing facility and waste management process in their offer. Waste collection will occur Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM, with prior arrangements made via email. The weight of the collected waste will be recorded on certified scales and documented for invoicing. The estimated amount of waste to be managed under this contract is approximately 5,800 Mg, although this is an estimate and may vary.
