    Brief

This procurement process aims to establish a purchase agreement for the supply of detectors for a scanning electron microscope. These detectors are essential for modernizing the specialized digitalization scientific facility of the Paleontology Department at the National Museum, which focuses on the digitalization of microstructures. The scientific digitalization of microstructures using an electron microscope requires not only data on the topography of micro-surfaces (electron microscope) but also information about their elemental and structural nature (ESD, XRF, and EBSD detectors). The project's goal is to integrate all these aspects into one device with a compatible output. The appropriate detectors are being procured in the second phase for the electron microscope acquired in the first phase.
