Romania – Cadastre Services – Procurement of Systematic Registration Services in the Integrated Cadastre and Land Register System for the UAT Videle

This procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of systematic registration services in the Integrated Cadastre and Land Register System for properties within the UAT Videle, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the terms of reference. The main stages of providing systematic registration services include: organizing systematic cadastre work, recognizing the land, identifying property boundaries, establishing boundaries for properties located outside urban areas, preparing property data sheets, identifying owners and collecting documents, preparing technical cadastral documents, publishing technical cadastral documents, receiving and resolving rectification requests, and updating technical cadastral documents. The main stages of modernizing IT systems include: analyzing the current situation, collecting data, adapting IT solutions to the needs of the UAT, installing and configuring hardware and software infrastructure, installing IT solutions, facilitating data exchange with used applications, testing solutions, training users, and putting systems into production. In accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority has established two deadlines for responding clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information received from economic operators, specifically 20 days and 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The first deadline responds to clarification requests received 27 days before the submission deadline, while the second deadline responds to requests received 18 days before the submission deadline.
