Dairy Products and Eggs Supply Contract

The contracting authority will establish framework agreements for each lot for a duration of 24 months, with a maximum of 3 economic operators. Subsequent contracts will be awarded to the supplier ranked first in the final classification, based on the criterion of 'best value for money', without reopening the competition. The main supplier is the one ranked first, and if they cannot maintain their offered price or ensure the required delivery, the contract will be awarded to the next ranked supplier in order. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Clear and complete responses to all requests for clarification/additional information from interested economic operators will be provided on the 11th day before the deadline set in the participation announcement for submitting offers, considering that, according to Article 161 of Law no. 98/2016, economic operators must have at least 10 days to prepare their offers in accordance with the additional requirements introduced through the response to clarifications/additional information. The deadline for requesting clarifications is 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
