Procurement of Meat and Animal Products for Deva Penitentiary

Deva Penitentiary is seeking suppliers for a range of meat and animal products through an open online auction. The goal is to establish a framework agreement with up to three suppliers for a period of 24 months, starting after the procurement procedure is completed. This agreement will ensure the provision of food for inmates in custody, in accordance with the Ministry of Justice Order O.M.J.3147/C/2018. The products required include: Lot 1 - Frozen pig carcasses, Lot 2 - Smoked sausages, Lot 3 - Summer salami, Lot 4 - Smoked bones, Lot 5 - Smoked bacon, Lot 6 - Chicken pâté, Lot 7 - Vegetable pâté, Lot 8 - Whole frozen chicken thighs. Currently, there is an ongoing framework agreement with multiple suppliers for these products, which will end in July 2024. The supply of these products will occur after the awarding of the framework agreements, in compliance with Law 98/2016 and Government Decision 395/2016, with subsequent amendments. The allocated budget for this procurement is 2,848,825.00 LEI, excluding VAT, and no additional funds will be available. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
