Romania – Disinfectants – Framework Agreement for 48 Months - Supply of Disinfectants/24 Lots

The SCJU Constanta operates a large number of departments, and all requested products are used for disinfection operations and for preventing nosocomial infections. The products covered by this procurement strategy are essential for the medical act, making their acquisition crucial for successful medical operations. Lot 1 - Medium-level disinfectant for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, furniture, and equipment. Lot 2 - High-level disinfectant for critical surfaces. Lot 3 - High-level disinfectant for rapid disinfection of surfaces. Lot 4 - Rapid spray disinfectant for medium-level rapid disinfection, alcohol-based. Lot 5 - Disinfectant detergent for manual cleaning and disinfection of dishes (bottles) and surfaces in food processing areas. Lot 6 - Antiseptic solution for surgical hand disinfection through washing, with chlorhexidine. Lot 7 - Antiseptic for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection through rubbing (alcohol-based) in gel form. Lot 8 - Antiseptic for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection through rubbing (alcohol-based) in solution form. Lot 9 - Medium-level disinfectant for immersion disinfection of heat-resistant instruments. Lot 10 - Concentrated high-level disinfectant for immersion disinfection of heat-sensitive instruments and devices. Lot 11 - Concentrated enzymatic disinfectant detergent for instruments. Lot 12 - High-level disinfectant for surface disinfection by nebulization compatible with the Nocospray device (hospital equipment). Lot 13 - High-level disinfectant for surface disinfection by nebulization compatible with 99 MB nebulizers (hospital equipment). Lot 14 - High-level disinfectant for surface disinfection by nebulization - compatible with Microdefender Fix and Microdefender Mobil devices (hospital equipment). Lot 15 - Wipes for quick cleaning and disinfection of non-critical medical surfaces and devices sensitive to alcohol. Lot 16 - Chlorine disinfectant (tablets). Lot 17 - Medical alcohol. Lot 18 - Detergent for ultrasonic instrument washer - Sonica (hospital equipment). Lot 19 - Disinfectant detergent for Steelco instrument washer and disinfectant (hospital equipment). Lot 20 - Solutions for Steelco Miele bottle washer and disinfectant (hospital equipment). Lot 21 - Solutions for Steelco washer and disinfectant for bedpans and urinals (hospital equipment). Lot 22 - Solutions for automatic endoscope washer and disinfectant STEELCO (hospital equipment). Lot 23 - Disinfectant for nebulizer, compatible with Hygienio steam system (hospital equipment). Lot 24 - High-level disinfectant saturated wipes for surfaces and medical devices. The minimum and maximum quantities of the Framework Agreement are highlighted in the specifications. The quantity of the largest subsequent contract for each lot is highlighted in the specifications. The deadline for requesting clarifications on the awarding documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the awarding documentation on the 11th day before the deadline established for submitting offers in the participation announcement.
