Construction of Sports Hall at Pirovac Primary School

This contract involves the construction of a sports hall at Pirovac Primary School. The structural elements must logically connect to the existing structures, and since the school extension is built with monolithic reinforced concrete, it is preferred to continue with the same system. The roof supports for the hall can be precast concrete elements or steel with appropriate fire protection. All necessary types of installations must be technically resolved and coordinated, including: - Water installation: connecting sanitary facilities to the school's water supply. - Hydrant installation: connecting internal hydrants to the school's hydrant system. - Sewage: connecting sanitary facilities to the sewage system and septic tank. - Stormwater drainage: ensuring drainage into green areas and soakaway wells. - Ventilation: providing conditioned ventilation for changing rooms, laundry, sanitary facilities, and all rooms without natural ventilation, with special attention to the sports hall's ventilation. - Heating and cooling: ensuring adequate heating and cooling separate from the school's system, relocating the heating oil tank to the boiler room area and burying it next to the school building. - Electrical installation: connecting electrical installations to the school's system with additional power. - Lightning protection: connecting to the school's lightning protection system. - Fire alarm: connecting to the fire alarm system and devices installed in the school. - Intrusion alarm: connecting to the intrusion alarm system and devices installed in the school or resolving separately. - Accessibility: ensuring access, movement, and stay for persons with reduced mobility in accordance with the "Technical Regulation on Ensuring Accessibility of Buildings for Persons with Disabilities and Reduced Mobility." The total value of the contract is approximately €1,997,718.20. The deadline for submitting bids is October 6, 2025.
