Construction of New Kindergarten in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

This contract involves the construction of a new four-group kindergarten (Kita) to replace the St. Pius kindergarten, which was destroyed during the Ahr flood in 2021. The project includes a two-story solid building with an area of approximately 1,330 square meters, situated on a plot of about 3,220 square meters. The new kindergarten will accommodate between 75 to 95 children and will be designed to withstand flooding, as it is located in a flood-prone area. The project will utilize district heating and photovoltaic systems, along with a central ventilation system. Specifically, this contract (Lot 9) requires the procurement of the following insulation materials: 39 m² of 160 mm perimeter insulation for the brick facade, 114 m² of 140 mm perimeter insulation for the plaster facade with paint, 838 m² of mineral wool insulation with plaster and paint, 314 m² of mineral wool insulation with a brick facade, 38 m² of mineral wool insulation for ceiling insulation with paint, 25 m² of plaster facade with paint, and 126 m² of ceiling plaster with paint.
