IT Services for Criminal Justice System

The three collaborating probation organizations, Reclassering Nederland, Stichting Verslavingsreclassering GGZ, and Stichting Leger des Heils Jeugdbescherming & Reclassering (3RO), are seeking a contractor for the following services: 1) Delivery, development, maintenance, and application management of a shared registration system for primary processes in the criminal justice chain of 3RO. 2) Implementation and transition of users and existing data to the new primary process system. 3) Transformation to enable operation with the primary process system, including training for users and functional administrators. 4) Acting as an innovation partner for 3RO. As of December 2023, the IRIS system had approximately 3,300 active user accounts and over 300,000 client files, including about 41,000 active and 262,000 static files.
