Purchase of Zero-Emission Electric Trains for Greater Poland

This contract involves the delivery of 10 brand new electric multiple units for electrified routes, with an option to purchase up to 10 additional units. The supplier will provide technical training for the operation and maintenance of the vehicles to designated personnel, develop and deliver technical documentation, grant licenses for the technical documentation and software, supply components and equipment as specified in the contract annex, and provide warranties and extended guarantees for the delivered vehicles, technical documentation, software, and repair package. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract under the option clause, allowing for the purchase of additional vehicles, not exceeding 10 units.
