This contract involves the execution of a communication campaign regarding European Funds for Greater Poland. The tasks include: 1) Comprehensive management of social media platforms: Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn; 2) Conducting paid campaigns on social media: Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and online activities; 3) Producing podcasts (approximately 10-15 minutes long, totaling 24 episodes); 4) Film production (2 promotional spots and 1 film); 5) Managing paid online campaigns for promotional spots; 6) Producing and publishing a series about European Funds; 7) Organizing the event “How Much Connects Us”; 8) Preparing and publishing press and online articles; 9) Creating graphic materials; 10) Outdoor advertising campaign; 11) Providing campaign ambassadors/influencers; 12) Broadcasting two spots on television; 13) Broadcasting the series about European Funds on television; 14) Producing two 30-second video ads for public transport; 15) Broadcasting two 30-second video ads in public transport; 16) Photography and video/reportage photography; 17) Additional promotional activities proposed by the contractor in the offer. Further conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU), which is Annex 3 to the SWZ.
