The objective of the Centralized Framework Agreement, to be signed by the Contracting Authority (U.C.A.) on behalf of the users, is to provide users with a quick and efficient mechanism for concluding Subsequent Contracts for the supply (purchase) of office supplies and stationery, according to their needs and within the allocated budget. 'Users' refers to the contracting authorities benefiting from the Centralized Framework Agreement, as mentioned in Annex 2 of the specifications document; any user can conclude Subsequent Contracts based on the Centralized Framework Agreement (and its annexes). The estimated total value without VAT ranges between 8,962,289.00 RON and 10,171,159.00 RON. Detailed estimates of the minimum and maximum total quantities for the entire duration of the Centralized Framework Agreement can be found in Section B of the specifications document, Annex 1 - Quantity List. The minimum estimated total value of the Centralized Framework Agreement associated with the minimum estimated quantities is 8,962,289.00 RON, excluding VAT. The maximum estimated total value of the Centralized Framework Agreement associated with the maximum quantities is 10,171,159.00 RON, excluding VAT. The estimated value of the Centralized Framework Agreement is expressed as a range. The estimated value of the largest Subsequent Contract is 368,199.00 RON excluding VAT and is based on a duration of 6 months. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could be subject to a single Subsequent Contract awarded based on the Centralized Framework Agreement are: - Minimum estimated quantities of the Centralized Framework Agreement are: 724.00 pieces/sets/boxes, as applicable; - Maximum estimated quantities of the Centralized Framework Agreement are: 55,431.00 pieces/sets/boxes, as applicable; The estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be subject to a single Subsequent Contract awarded based on the Centralized Framework Agreement can be found in Section B of the specifications document, Annex 1 - Quantity List.
