Cleaning Products Procurement in Romania

This procurement opportunity involves the centralized acquisition of cleaning products and supplies for indoor use, divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes cleaning and maintenance products for buildings and facilities, as well as general-use sanitary paper items. Lot 2 consists of general-use cleaning products that contain biocidal substances. Suppliers will be responsible for delivering these products to specified addresses as needed by the users. The goal of the centralized framework agreement for Lot 1 is to provide users with a quick and efficient mechanism for entering into subsequent contracts for the purchase of cleaning products, in accordance with their needs and budget. Similarly, the framework agreement for Lot 2 aims to facilitate the procurement of biocidal cleaning products. Users are defined as contracting authorities benefiting from the framework agreement, and they can enter into subsequent contracts based on the agreement and its annexes. The estimated total value of the procurement, excluding VAT, ranges from 16,250,545.00 RON to 21,192,680.00 RON for all lots combined.
