Specialist Care Service for Adult with Complex Support Needs

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a provider to deliver specialist supported living services for an adult with complex support needs. The individual requires tailored care and support due to a mild learning disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Klinefelter's Syndrome. The service must address challenging behaviours including aggression, impulsivity, and property damage. This contract will be awarded through Telford & Wrekin Council's Provider Selection Regime Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process. Interested providers should have experience delivering personalised supported living services, managing complex behavioural needs, and working with individuals with multiple co-occurring conditions.
