    Brief

    Waverley Borough Council is seeking a single service provider for damp, mould and condensation prevention and remediation services. The contract will run for up to 4 years (2 years initial term plus two optional 1-year extensions). While anticipated volumes are provided in the Price Schedule, there are no guaranteed volumes throughout the contract period. To be eligible, bidders must: operate from a site within 25 miles of the borough's boundary; hold NICEIC Electrical Registration and either NICEIC Domestic Ventilation Installer accreditation or equivalent (such as PCA Domestic Ventilation); possess NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent; and have Asbestos Awareness certification or equivalent. This is a re-tendering of a previously abandoned procurement (WAV-038405). The contract is expected to commence on 6th July 2026.
