Catering Services Tender for Waverley Education Foundation and Al-Furqan Primary School

Waverley Education Foundation seeks an experienced catering contractor to provide comprehensive food services for two schools. Waverley School is a large all-through institution serving approximately 1,800 pupils aged 4-19, plus 230 students at Waverley Studio College, with a new nursery intake of 40 pupils expected from September 2026. Al-Furqan Primary School serves approximately 630 pupils and operates for 185 trading days annually. The successful supplier will provide all catering, hospitality, and complimentary meals across both schools. The contract runs for 3 years beginning 1st April 2027, with potential extension for up to 3 additional years on a guaranteed performance basis. The contractor should demonstrate innovation, flexibility, and expertise in food service operations, with a focus on improving meal quality and uptake through parent and student engagement via digital platforms and social media.
