    Brief

    This contract involves providing postal services for both domestic and international mail for specified units. The services include accepting, transporting, and delivering mail, as well as returning undelivered items, in accordance with Polish postal law. The estimated quantities of mail types are also included, but these are subject to change based on the needs of the units.
