Romania – Automated Ticket Dispensers – Procurement of ITS and ICT Systems – Zalău Municipality

This procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems for Zalău Municipality. The project includes the purchase of products, installation, connection to telecommunications and electrical networks, and technical-economic documentation. Key components of the ITS include: 1. Public Transport Systems: 11 ticketing systems installed at bus stations, 11 passenger information systems at bus stations, 20 passenger information systems in electric buses, 11 video monitoring systems at bus stations, 20 video monitoring systems in electric buses, a video dispatching system, and a system for prioritizing public transport at intersections. 2. Parking Management Systems: An intelligent charging system, access control systems, and a functional sanctioning system. 3. Traffic Management Systems: A public transport prioritization system and a traffic monitoring system with 83 cameras. The ICT components include: a real-time monitoring center, 106 surveillance cameras, an expanded Wi-Fi system with 18 access points, smart urban furniture with 5 electronic information panels, and cloud services for hosting resources for all installed systems. The project also includes ensuring continuous power supply and communication connections, as well as installation of supporting elements where necessary.
