Natural Gas Supply for Trzebnica Municipality

The contract involves the comprehensive procurement of high-methane natural gas for facilities managed by the Trzebnica Municipality, its subordinate units, and municipal companies. The estimated total volume of gas to be supplied during the contract period is approximately 7,709,402 kWh, with a margin of +/- 20%. The contract also includes all necessary actions and agreements with the Distribution System Operator (OSD) required to facilitate the change of supplier and ensure the effective commencement of gas sales. The contractor will perform these actions based on a power of attorney granted by the contracting authority. The contract period is from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2027, with gas supply divided into various tariff groups for 12 months.
