Electricity Supply Contract for Trzebnica Municipality

The contract involves the supply of electricity to 266 points of consumption managed by the Trzebnica Municipality and its affiliated units, as well as municipal companies. The estimated total electricity supply over the contract period is 11,338,543 kWh, with specific yearly breakdowns provided. The contract does not include electricity distribution services. Suppliers should note that the estimated consumption figures are for comparison purposes only and do not obligate the buyer to utilize them. The minimum order size is set at 5,669,271.50 kWh over the 36-month contract duration. The selected supplier will receive necessary data to establish new electricity supply contracts and will be authorized to initiate the supplier change process. The contract will be coordinated by the Trzebnica Municipality, which will act on behalf of all contracting entities. The distribution agreements for all points of consumption are indefinite, and electronic contract signing is permitted.
