UPS Repair and Maintenance Services for ZUS in 2026

This contract opportunity involves the repair and maintenance services for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) at various organizational units of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in Poland for the year 2026. The locations include Białystok, Bielsko-Biała, Biłgoraj, Bydgoszcz, Chorzów, Częstochowa, Elbląg, Gdańsk, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Jasło, Kielce, Koszalin, Kraków, Legnica, Lublin, Łódź I, Łódź II, Nowy Sącz, Olsztyn, Opole, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Piła, Płock, Poznań I, Poznań II, Radom, Rybnik, Rzeszów, Siedlce, Słupsk, Sosnowiec, Szczecin, Tarnów, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Toruń, Wałbrzych, Warszawa I, Warszawa II, Warszawa III, Wrocław, Zabrze, and Zielona Góra. A total of 200 UPS units will be serviced across two parts of the contract. The contract is divided into two parts to enhance competitiveness and accommodate the expected scope of work for 2026, as well as to potentially increase the number of contractors. Part 1 includes the repair and maintenance of UPS units from Delta-Riello, Socomec, AGIT, and other manufacturers. Part 2 covers the repair and maintenance of UPS units from Makelsan, Camco, Kstar, and KSM.
