Managed Print Services Framework Agreement in Germany

The DVZ Data Processing Center Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH (the Client) is seeking suppliers to provide managed print services for the state administration of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and other state-owned entities (excluding municipalities). The Client, being a 100% state-owned company, also has its own IT equipment needs. This framework agreement will facilitate the rental of digital, network-capable copying and printing systems, with a cost-per-page pricing model and full service included. The equipment will remain the property of the contractor. Additionally, the Client may award separate service contracts to the contractor under this framework agreement. These service contracts will cover additional services related to the preparation and operation of the printing systems for the devices rented by the Client and its customers in the state administration of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The parties to this framework agreement are the Client and the Contractor. Only regarding the rental contracts issued under this framework agreement, the clients will be granted the right to enter into rental contracts with the Contractor in their own name, according to the framework agreement guidelines and the template full-service rental contract (Annex 4 to the framework agreement) with a duration of 60 months.
