Security Services for Refugee Accommodations in Weimarer Land

The Weimarer Land district is seeking one or more security companies to provide security services for five communal accommodations for foreign refugees. The contracts will be awarded in lots, with the possibility of multiple awards. The duration of the contracts is from January 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM to January 31, 2028, at 9:00 AM, with an option for the buyer to extend for an additional year. The locations requiring security services are as follows: Lot 1 - Communal accommodation for foreign refugees at Auf dem Angespanne 3, 99510 Apolda; Lot 2 - Communal accommodation at Stobraer Straße 2-4, 99510 Apolda; Lot 3 - Communal accommodation at Lessingstraße 48a, 99510 Apolda; Lot 4 - Communal accommodation at Nordstraße 25, 99510 Apolda; Lot 5 - Communal accommodation at OT Eckolstädt, Darnstedter Straße, 99518 Bad Sulza.
