Architectural Design Services for the Expansion and Renovation of the Educational Building at Lublin University of Technology

This contract involves a multi-stage process for selecting a supplier to provide architectural design services for the expansion and renovation of the educational building at Lublin University of Technology, located at 38 Nadbystrzycka Street. The process is divided into four stages: 1) Prequalification: Suppliers will be evaluated based on their qualifications and ability to meet the requirements. 2) Invitation for Preliminary Offers: Qualified suppliers will be invited to submit preliminary offers, which will be assessed against minimum requirements. 3) Negotiation Phase: Selected suppliers will engage in negotiations regarding the project details, contract terms, and other conditions. Equal treatment will be ensured for all participants, and confidentiality will be maintained throughout the process. 4) Final Offers: The final offers will be evaluated, and the most advantageous offer will be selected. The total value of the contract is approximately 1,660,500 PLN.
