Architectural Consulting Services for the Református University Campus Project

This contract involves a framework agreement for the provision of investment management, technical supervision, plan evaluation, plan verification, and related engineering consulting services necessary for the implementation of the Református University Campus project. The procurement process is an open public procurement procedure as per the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority initiates this process to establish a framework agreement. Services will be ordered based on the prices submitted in the Price Table by the bidders or through individual orders following consultations with the winning bidder. The framework agreement covers two project elements: I. Campus Project, which includes tasks related to properties at Kinizsi utca 30-36 and Üllői út 27, and II. Markusovszky Square Project, which involves tasks related to the property at Markusovszky Square in Budapest. The project phases include preparation, design, tendering, and construction for both project elements. The total framework amount includes direct orders and consultation amounts, with specific budget allocations for each phase. The government has decided to support the construction of a new campus for the Károli Gáspár Református University, with a total expected net floor area of 26,610 square meters and additional underground parking. The campus will house various faculties, lecture halls, offices, and communal spaces, ensuring a conducive environment for students and staff. Environmental considerations will be integrated into the project, maintaining green areas and enhancing the surrounding space.
