Architectural Consulting Services for the Reformed University Campus Project

This contract is for a framework agreement to provide investment management, technical supervision, plan evaluation, plan verification, and related engineering consulting services necessary for the implementation of the Reformed University Campus. The procurement process is an open public procurement procedure according to the relevant public procurement law. The contracting authority initiates this procedure to establish a framework agreement. Services will be ordered based on the prices submitted in the tender or through direct orders following consultations with the winning bidder. The framework agreement covers two project elements: I. Campus Project, which includes tasks related to properties at Kinizsi utca 30-36 and Üllői út 27, and II. Markusovszky Square Project, which involves tasks related to the property at Markusovszky Square in Budapest. The project phases include preparation, design, tendering, and construction. The total framework amount includes direct orders and consultation fees, with specific budget allocations for each project element. The government has decided to support the construction of a new campus for the Károli Gáspár Reformed University, with a total expected net floor area of 26,610 square meters and additional underground parking. The campus will house various faculties and facilities, including lecture halls, offices, and communal spaces, ensuring a vibrant academic environment. The project aims to integrate architectural and landscape solutions to enhance the surrounding area.
