Office Furniture Supply for Sustainable Transition Project in Galați County

The Galați County Council is implementing the project "Galați County, a Just Transition to a Sustainable Future" (SMIS code 318268), funded by the Just Transition Program. This project aims to assist regions and citizens in coping with the social, employment, economic, and environmental impacts of the transition towards the European Union's energy and climate targets for 2030 and achieving a climate-neutral economy by 2050, as outlined in the Paris Agreement. The procurement involves supplying office furniture and equipment for the project, including: • Office furniture (5 desks, 5 office chairs, 4 visitor chairs, 5 mobile cabinets with drawers, 5 document cabinets/shelves, 2 coat racks, and 4 metal filing cabinets); • IT equipment and office accessories (5 fully equipped computers, 2 laptops, 1 electric projection screen, 1 projector, 1 pointer, 2 multifunction printers, 1 scanner, 1 flip chart, 1 document archiving machine, and 1 guillotine). Economic operators can request clarifications within 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests once, 11 days before the submission deadline.
