Construction of Ujeścisko Tram Depot and Retention Tank in Gdańsk

This contract involves the construction of the Ujeścisko tram depot and a retention tank in Gdańsk, following a design and build approach. The project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, specifically under Investment B3.4.1, which focuses on green urban transformation. The scope of work includes: 1) Preparing comprehensive design documentation for the retention tank and technical room, including obtaining building permits; 2) Preparing comprehensive design documentation for the tram depot, including obtaining building permits; 3) Constructing the retention tank and technical room; 4) Constructing the Ujeścisko tram depot in Gdańsk; 5) Providing author supervision during the construction works based on the design documentation. The contractor will also obtain occupancy permits for the constructed buildings and, if necessary, a certificate confirming no objections to the intended use of the works.
