Tree and Shrub Planting and Maintenance Services in Gdańsk

The contract involves the planting of trees and shrubs, along with three years of maintenance, at the Care Emergency Service in Gdańsk, located at Sobieskiego Street 100. The work must be carried out according to horticultural standards and under the supervision of a designated person. The contractor is required to follow the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 of the Terms of Reference, which serves as a guide for calculating the bid price, including the quantity and types of work. If any necessary tasks are not included in the specifications, the contractor must estimate and include them in their bid price. The scope of work includes: a) Replacement of trees, shrubs, and climbing plants: - 13 deciduous trees - 3 coniferous trees - 80 hedge shrubs - 35 deciduous shrubs on flat terrain - 50 deciduous shrubs on slopes with a gradient of 1:2 - 81 tall coniferous shrubs - 15 climbing plants b) Application of fungicides and pesticides over approximately 930m²; c) Application of herbicides on paths and sidewalks over approximately 5000m²; d) Weeding, maintenance pruning, care work, fertilization, and disposal of waste at a legal landfill; e) Reseeding, maintenance, and mowing of lawns. The contractor is also obligated to provide post-implementation care for the planted trees and shrubs for the first 36 months after the final acceptance of the work. Additionally, the contractor must replace any dead, dying, frozen, damaged, sick, or unsightly plantings due to neglect or improper care as part of the maintenance and warranty. Other conditions of contract execution are outlined in the Draft Provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which is Attachment 9 to the Terms of Reference.
